Our Culinary Cadettes got to go on a super special trip to Prescott College this week! Here's a little bit of what they did: Campers visiting the gardens! String beans! Onions! Learning about gardening and vegetables! Green onions! Taking a walk in the creek! Learning about composting! Smelling the earth Visiting the commercial kitchen!

This evening one of our cadettes found a baby bird! We wish it well.

As mentioned last night-- the Cadettes had a cupcake war. The judging will be later today and winner TBD.
