THE ARCHER AND HER ARROW Week #2 JUNIORS
Junior Girl Scouts! This program is going to be one of the most unique opportunities for you to practice and refine your archery skills! You will spend every day at the archery range and the coolest thing about this session is that YOU WILL TAKE HOME YOUR VERY OWN BOW!!!
As I write, your bow is being hand-crafted by a bow-maker and your bow will be ready to shoot when you come to camp.
NATURE LOVERS Week #1 or #8 BROWNIES
Do you like to hike and watch wild animals? Here at Willow Springs there are many animals that call this place home. If you like to go outside and go on scavenger hunts, see how many bird nests you can find, or look for animal tracks, this is your session. We will hike everyday and keep a watch out for birds, butterflies, and bunnies. You will make your own nature detective journal, use scientific equipment, and identify three new plants.
YOU WILL ALSO GET A VISIT FROM SOME LIVE ANIMALS FROM HERITAGE PARK ZOO!!!!
THE JADE DRAGON: MARTIAL ARTS CAMP! Week #2 or #8 CADETTES
Are you alert and aware? Willow Springs invites you on a journey of self discovery and challenge, where you will feel empowered to notice when a situation becomes dangerous, and you will be tested by your counselors though several awareness activities. Come prepared to learn different styles of martial arts and self-defense and get a surprise visit by a local hero.

DISCOVER AVIATION I Week #2 SENIORS AND AMBASSADORS
Imagine yourself soaring through the open skies! You will log time in the plane and spend time each day at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University or Prescott Airport. You and your team will plan a cross-country flight and enjoy a once in a lifetime opportunity to go behind the aviation scenes! Your instructors are experienced female pilots who are a part of an organization known as the 99’s! Earn the Aviation Patch.
Willow Springs is also offering a new outdoor play space / garden area for Daises and Brownies and I will post pictures of this area soon! We call in the Outdoor Play Space and Troop #1669 from Chino Valley is coordinating the planning, design and implementation of this awesome new area!!!!
